Elyse Coffey is a Lecturer of Nursing in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin University. She has been working as a Registered Nurse in the specialist field of perieanasethsia for the last 10 years. Elyse has completed a Master of Nursing (Perianaesthesia Care) and an Honours degree at Deakin University exploring Student Perceptions of High Fidelity Simulation.

Dr. Natasja Fox
Dr. Natasja Fox’s main focus is educating her clients to discover and understand the root cause of their signs and symptoms. Whether they be emotional, lifestyle-related, biochemical, genetic or dietary. Dr. Fox is able to untangle the most seemingly complex cases using a foundation of Traditional Chinese medicine and overlaying it with functional and nutritional medicine whilst utilizing molecular pathology to get to the bottom of symptomatic complaints.

Dr. Stephane Bouchoucha
Dr Stéphane Bouchoucha is a senior lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin University. He has over 20 years’ experience as a clinician, academic and researcher with a focus on critical care, public health and infection prevention and control. Stéphanes research focus is on health behaviors, exercise, stress and the psychosocial factors influencing adherence to guidelines in the context of infection prevention and control. Stéphane supervises masters and doctoral projects in a range of areas.
